Will is a fantastic contractor that does quality work. He also works very efficiently and cleans up after every work day.   He remodeled my kitchen by putting in all new cabinets, appliances, back splash, sink, faucets, Instant Hot RO water system, etc.   I chose to leave the original tile floor to save some money but he would have done that too. He will also work with you on detail items without a fuss!  It can't always be easy to please clients but Will has a great attitude and understands that this is one of the biggest expenses for a home owner. Will and his team did our kitchen renovation (tile work, plumbing, electrical, cabinet instal, trim, installed a hood range / vent and the required duct work, etc), installed noise panels in our office/ music room and did various other projects around the house (installed can lights, etc.) They were always professional, timely, responsive and communicative. Will created an estimate at the beginning of our project that was very detailed and it ended up being right on point with our final cost at the end of the project. They remodeled two bathrooms for me about a year ago. I called and scheduled for them to come out and look at my space to give me a quote. Will showed up on time and looked through the space. I kind of told him what I was looking for and he made several very good and practical suggestions for my space. I had three other companies come out and went with summit signature because I did not feel pressured to do anything and for the practicality of the suggestions. Will made me feel like he was genuinely interested in my project and not just interested in getting paid. After I told him I’d like to go forward he got me on the schedule asap. It has been a year but it seems like both bathrooms took about 6 weeks to complete. They entirely completed one bathroom first so I had a functioning bathroom the whole time. Also I was 6-7 months pregnant at the time and they did a few other things that I had been putting off which I was now unable to do for myself. Will communicated with me every step of the way and would answer any questions or concerns I had on demand. He never made me feel stupid for asking questions when I didn’t understand the process. He helped make several practical decisions about finishes or space solutions. Overall I felt the price was fair and competitive to the companies that quoted me. Honestly all quotes were very similar which made it easy to pick Summit because of how he treated me. I would absolutely hire them again for future work and would recommend them to other folks. I have included before and after photos of my project for reference. I’m super happy with the results and it looks as good now as it did when they finished. Summit Signature Kitchen and Bath just completed the remodeling of an existing bathroom and a complete renovation of another totally unusable space into a beautiful bathroom.  Both bathrooms are beautiful and the finished products are so professionally done.  Dustin was the craftsman for both bathrooms and he is very highly skilled,  paying attention to every detail. Will Kiser,  the owner, created the layout and gave us very fair estimates of the cost. Summit Signature Kitchen and Bath came highly recommended by others in our neighborhood.  Dustin kept the construction dust to a minimum by covering the doors with plastic and keeping the floors covered and the entire area vacuumed daily. This was so appreciated because one person in our home has respiratory problems. We always felt completely comfortable leaving our home when Dustin was working, as he is very responsible and trustworthy. We have one more bathroom to be remodeled and we also plan to remodel our kitchen. This company earned our trust in every aspect. We just completed a full kitchen remodel where we reconfigured 2 rooms in our house for the kitchen. We used Summit for the entire remodel. Their work was excellent. They were very accommodating to work in extra ideas that I came up with as we went along. Everyone working on their team was punctual and reliable.  If they told you what they were doing, they did it. If they told you when they were coming, they were there timely.  All work was completed well within the estimated project completion time given to us at the outset and their cost was very reasonable. All of their guys were easy to work with and very trustworthy. Both my husband and myself work outside the home and we were able to leave the house in their care with no worries. After looking for complete pricing for the transformation of our master bathroom, I accepted the bid from Summit. Will had a competitive price and was able to complete additional custom features we were looking for. (The cookie box re-modeling places did not offer.) Matt was a meticulous and skilled worker completing everything from electrical, plumbing, painting and tile in-lay. Very happy with the outcome. Where to start... BLOWN AWAY by Summit Signature and Bath!!!  I was given their name by a friend of a friend that I was told would only hire the best.  From the start, Will was incredibly responsive, which is rare in the biz.  He was quick to lay eyes on my project and provide a very detailed quote that was spot on!  He even gave approximate costs for all the materials that I wanted to purchase myself.  Again, he was spot on!  His timeline for our 3 bathroom remodel was outlined.  And, once again, spot on!  Will was always quick to answer my questions and give advice when needed.  I believe Chris did most (perhaps all) the work on the bathrooms.  I could not be more pleased.  I tend to be a perfectionist on these type things, and I am beyond thrilled. Bathrooms look amazing! I was running this project from 3 hours away, but it was beyond smooth!  So incredibly happy with my decision to hire Summit Signature and Bath!  When I'm ready for a kitchen remodel, I will absolutely give Will a call. Everyone I interacted with from SSHB was very professional, they  came in line with the estimate, and they would be my first call for any additional remodeling work. The project included a load bearing wall that needed to be converted into a double-wide doorway. Brent got it done in 2 days flat, left the area as clean as he found it, and I couldn't be happier with the resulting work!
