Welcome to Summit Signature Kitchen and Bath. My name is Will Kaiser and I am the owner and founder of this business. I grew up in Knoxville, in Rocky Hill and moved to Breckenridge, Colorado in 1998 to explore my love of the outdoors. In my twelve years there, I learned many aspects of the remodeling trades. I started my own business in 2002 in Colorado, got married in 2008, and then moved back to Knoxville in 2011 with my wife and first child (we now have two), to be closer to family. We lived in Summit County, Colorado so when we moved here I just kept the same name!
Now I love to continue to explore the outdoors, whether it’s in the Smoky Mountains or any of the many gorgeous parks in East Tennessee, or whether it’s on a trip further afield. I love to introduce my kids to the great outdoors, and I’m lucky to live in a country with so much natural diversity.
I have spent the last 23 years building my skills as a remodeling professional, and I strive to only employ highly skilled and dedicated craftsmen to work on our projects. I’m glad to be able to share what I’ve learned with you in your projects with Summit Signature Kitchen and Bath!

Warranty
Our warranty is for a period of three years from the date that the work is completed. Summit Signature Kitchen and Bath warrants against defective workmanship or incidents occurring due to the fault of any employee of Summit Signature Kitchen and Bath. The warranty does not cover defects due to normal weathering, previously applied finishes, incidental damage, settling, mildew, or Acts of God. The warranty will be effective if Summit Signature Kitchen and Bath is paid in full and the customer retains the original contract. If these conditions are met, Summit Signature Kitchen and Bath will perform the repairs at no charge. Summit Signature Kitchen and Bath will not exceed repairs on the original contract. Warranties are not transferable.
